The Landlord/Agent agrees that this Move-out Checklist is accurate and matches the Property's current condition.
Tenant(s) shall be responsible for compensating Landlord for any and all expenses incurred over and above the amount of Tenant’s Security Deposit for damages caused to the Apartment and for work done to restore the Apartment to its pre move in condition beyond ordinary wear and tear.
An Estimate for any damages caused by Tenant will be forwarded to the Tenant after both Landlord/Agent and Tenant accept and signs this Move-out Checklist
Tenant agrees that the above information is an accurate account of the condition and contents of the Property. Tenant understands that unless otherwise noted, all discrepancies will be the Tenant’s responsibility and will be deducted from the security deposit or billed to Tenant if over security deposit at time of move-out. Tenant may be present at the move-out inspection, and upon request, the Tenant shall be notified when the move-out inspection will occur.
